When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address. We also collect UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.), your IP address, and browser user-agent for tracking inquiry sources.
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and understand where our visitors come from. We don't use it for marketing or sell it to anyone.
Only Nik (the site owner). Your data is sent directly to a private Telegram bot — no team, no third-party CRM.
We don't store your data in any database. It's delivered as a Telegram message and that's it. No logs, no retention policy needed.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (CDN and edge functions). If GTM is configured, Google Tag Manager may be active — but by default no analytics are running.
You can request deletion of any data associated with your inquiry by emailing hello@niklab.dev.
